Support Talent Managers in servicing a portfolio of entertainment, sports and digital creators: manage campaign fulfilment and logistics, negotiate agreements, coordinate events and shoots, implement social media and marketing strategies, pursue brand partnerships and new business, recruit talent, prepare sales materials and reports, and handle related administration.

Leads the strategy, delivery, optimization, and support of WME Group’s global finance technology ecosystem, primarily SAP S/4HANA/ECC and related applications. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Operations, and Technology teams to modernize systems, improve controls, automate processes, manage integrations and data governance, and enhance reporting. Oversees application teams, transformation programs, vendors, system integrators, budgets, releases, governance, and global stakeholders.

Provide comprehensive executive support to WME’s President of Brand Strategy and Senior Partner. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, travel coordination, expense reporting, inbox oversight, office logistics, event support, meeting notes, follow-up communications, and research. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and flexibility while collaborating with internal teams, assistants, agency partners, and clients. This is an office-based position requiring attendance five days per week, with occasional evening or weekend availability.
