Serve as finance systems subject-matter expert, improve and integrate finance systems, build and maintain financial models (including Oracle EPBCS), automate reporting, support budgeting/forecasting/analysis, and lead system projects while advising stakeholders.

Lead development, implementation and maintenance of operational standards, policies and publications to ensure safe, compliant rail operations. Provide expert safety advice, manage competence and assessor quality, perform risk assessments and incident investigations, support training and continuous improvement to reduce incidents and embed best practice across the business.
