Provide safe, customer-focused onboard service on busy regional trains: assist passengers, check and sell tickets, make announcements, handle cash and luggage, complete incident and ticketing reports, and maintain cleanliness and professionalism.

Lead industrial and employee relations across the business, manage an HR team, develop and deliver ER/IR strategy, negotiate with trade unions, advise directors and managers, oversee compliance and tribunal support, manage absence and dispute resolution, and lead change and productivity projects.

Operate and control depot train movements and formations, develop stabling plans, perform shunting, CET servicing, tanking, cleaning and replenishing consumables. Comply with Industry Group Standards, Depot Operating Instructions and safety procedures. Act as Person in Charge of Sidings/Designated Person when required, communicate with leadership, report safety incidents, and commit to a minimum 14-month period in role after achieving competence.
