Coordinate daily dispatch operations, schedule work for operators, monitor and sign off run sheets, coordinate driver activities, respond to customer enquiries, and proactively communicate operational delays. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, attention to detail, time management, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Own and manage a large credit ledger, including credit assessments, debt recovery, reconciliations, payment allocation, credit checks, reporting, and repayment negotiations. The role is responsible for meeting collection targets, reducing credit risk, improving processes, resolving escalations, managing bad-debt documentation, and coaching credit team members.

Drive new business by prospecting, networking, and meeting customers face-to-face. Build trusted relationships, present tailored solutions, manage a sales pipeline, and consistently achieve sales targets while representing the brand in the community.
