Coordinate daily dispatch operations, schedule work for operators, monitor and sign off run sheets, coordinate driver activities, respond to customer enquiries, and notify clients of operational delays. Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System and HSEQ documentation, ensuring alignment with ISO standards, legislation, and ACC requirements. Analyze health, safety, environmental, quality, and operational data; identify trends and risks; develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports; and improve digital systems, data quality, automation, and AI-enabled reporting. The role also supports audits, compliance monitoring, continual improvement, and risk-based decision-making.

Maintain and repair hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems across a fleet of more than 100 trucks. Responsibilities include diagnostics, roadworthiness inspections, scheduled maintenance, repair documentation, CMMS workflow management, parts requisitioning, and workshop tool checks. The role supports safe, reliable vehicle operations and requires collaboration with operations supervisors.
