Provide customer service and coordinate daily dispatch activities: respond to enquiries, schedule operators, monitor and sign off run sheets, coordinate drivers, and notify clients of operational delays.

Support month-end close, post journal entries, perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations, review AP and payroll, maintain customer master data, manage staff expenses and corporate cards, and assist with ad-hoc finance tasks to ensure accurate financial statements and compliance.

Drive and operate waste collection vehicles, perform daily safety and maintenance checks, load/unload and transport waste, use onboard/computerized systems, follow safety procedures, and provide customer-focused service while supporting ongoing training and team operations.
