Audit recycling bins for contamination, remove repeatedly contaminated bins, unload waste collection vehicles, sort materials into designated areas, and assist with vehicle cleaning and maintenance. Manage a large credit ledger, including credit assessments, debt recovery, reconciliations, payment allocation, credit checks, reporting, and repayment negotiations. The role focuses on meeting collection targets, reducing financial risk, improving credit processes, resolving customer and branch escalations, managing bad-debt documentation, and coaching team members. Strong stakeholder management, advanced Excel skills, and ERP experience are required.

Supports accounting functions for a joint venture, with responsibility for month-end reporting, transaction recording, invoicing, debtor management, controls, database administration, audit support, budgeting, external reporting, and customer liaison. The role also assists operational, commercial, and finance managers with general office tasks while improving processes and reporting standards.
