The Senior Business Analyst will deliver Agile requirements for supply chain, retail, logistics, and WMS implementations. Responsibilities include writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, managing backlogs, modeling business processes, analyzing data with SQL and Power BI, and creating operational reports. The role also develops business cases, calculates ROI, evaluates P&L impacts, and communicates with English- and Spanish-speaking stakeholders. Preferred experience includes AI tooling, AI/ML concepts, retail supply chain platforms, and Design Thinking workshops.

Produce brand-aligned digital and print assets (ads, email, social, presentations, collateral) following templates and design systems. Ensure brand consistency, accessibility, and production-ready deliverables while collaborating with creative leads and offshore teams to manage high-volume requests under tight timelines.

Lead visual design across digital and print channels, translate business goals into visual concepts, ensure brand and accessibility compliance, mentor and review designers, collaborate with marketing and stakeholders, and manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality creative assets.
