Conduct data analysis and AI R&D projects with the CTO, consolidating Acumatica and business-system data into reliable datasets, dashboards, reports, and automations. Investigate data quality issues, document metrics, develop scripts and lightweight applications, and evaluate emerging AI tools including LLM APIs and MCP. Support reporting, testing, troubleshooting, and occasional end-user technical assistance while communicating findings and recommendations to Operations, Sales, and Leadership.

Lead full-cycle, high-volume recruitment (30–50 hires/month) for entry-level field roles nationwide. Source, screen, interview, and manage candidate pipelines, track activity in the ATS, partner with operations and employees to drive referrals, monitor recruiting metrics, and improve workflows and sourcing strategies. Maintain candidate communications and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
