The Frontend Engineer will develop the Wiz Portal application, manage cloud security policies, and improve software efficiency with a focus on user experience and design.

Manage and mentor a team of technical support engineers for a cloud security SaaS product. Own team performance, hiring/onboarding, escalations, incident coordination with engineering, and knowledge-base content. Drive automation and AI-powered tooling to scale support, troubleshoot Kubernetes/cloud infrastructure, and collaborate with Customer Success on customer-impacting issues.

Perform threat research and detection development for cloud and AI environments: build detections and tools, investigate attacks and malware, hunt emerging threats, collaborate with R&D to productize findings, work with customers on incidents, and produce external research content.
