The Principal Business Development will serve as a trusted advisor for life sciences clients, focusing on client engagement, identifying solutions, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include business development activities, collaboration with teams, and enhancing firm performance through innovative solutions and expertise in the life sciences sector.

Support the Head of Strategy & Transformation by performing strategic analysis, financial modeling, and project management to drive enterprise initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, track deliverables, and translate complex analyses into executive-ready recommendations. Introduce process rigor, dashboards, and operational improvements to accelerate execution and resolve risks.

Coordinate executive search engagements end-to-end by managing calendars, scheduling, travel logistics, communications, documentation, and database updates. Provide high-touch stakeholder service, prepare and proofread client-facing materials, protect confidential information, solve problems proactively, and partner cross-functionally to ensure timely, accurate search delivery.
