Manage executive search activities, including candidate identification, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, presentation, referencing, and closing. Supports executive search assignments through candidate and organization research, data analysis, candidate assessment, compensation research, database management, and industry monitoring. Develops research strategies, identifies priority candidates, manages research project progress, documents findings, and communicates insights to consultants and business partners. Also contributes to knowledge management, process improvement, business development research, and administrative coordination.
