Provide financial-sector and regulatory expertise for a System Dynamics modeling project supporting supervisory risk assessment. Validate banking behavior assumptions covering lending, capital, credit risk, and liquidity; contribute to literature reviews and conceptual model development; translate model outputs for supervisory stakeholders; strengthen documentation; and support knowledge transfer. The role is part-time, remote, and structured as a B2B sub-consulting engagement over approximately 12 months.

Facilitates online management simulation workshops using system dynamics models and climate scenario tools. Guides teams through scenario decisions, interprets quantitative outputs, explains feedback dynamics to executive audiences, and leads structured debriefs. Collaborates with modeling and strategy teams, adapts simulations to client needs, manages group engagement, and progresses from co-facilitation to independent delivery. Workshops are delivered primarily in English and/or German.
