Supervise not-for-profit tax engagements, including employee benefit, unrelated business income, state, charitable registration, and exempt organization returns. Review tax filings, research tax-exempt organization issues, identify planning opportunities, manage concurrent engagements, mentor staff, support evaluations, and lead professional development programs. Build strong client relationships while ensuring accurate, timely completion of work and meeting client deadlines.

Manages outsourced accounting services for not-for-profit clients, including AP, payroll, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, audits, internal controls, and financial reporting. Leads and mentors accounting staff, coordinates with client leadership and auditors, reviews deliverables, resolves variances, and recommends process improvements. The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, client-service skills, and proficiency with accounting systems and Excel.

Manage multiple cost segregation engagements from planning through delivery, supervise and mentor engagement teams, conduct property inspections, review construction and financial records, analyze blueprints and specifications, and prepare engineering-based cost segregation reports. The role also involves client relationship management, engagement budgeting, practice development, proposal support, and collaboration with tax, valuation, and real estate professionals.
