Coordinates proposal and RFP development, researching and writing customized content, managing proposal projects, and collaborating with subject matter experts and creative teams. Maintains proposal content libraries, CRM pursuit data, deadlines, branding consistency, and compliance. Develops presentations, applies win themes, organizes complex information into reader-friendly formats, and uses AI-assisted drafting while protecting confidential information. Supports continuous improvement of pursuit workflows and best practices.
