Own AI product areas end to end, from customer discovery and problem definition through prototyping, PRD development, engineering collaboration, launch, and measurement. Build AI-native product experiences, account for probabilistic model behavior and failure modes, establish feedback loops, conduct customer interviews, and drive technically complex generative AI features to measurable outcomes.

Own Within’s strategic alliances with Big Four and management consulting firms. Build executive relationships, drive partner-sourced revenue, develop scalable enablement, structure sell-to, sell-through, and white-label economics, and lead co-selling enterprise opportunities. The role combines high-level partnership strategy with hands-on execution, including joint solution development, deal support, account success criteria, and internal coordination. It is remote within the US with 40–50% travel.

Own full-cycle recruiting for priority engineering and technical roles while building Within’s recruiting foundation from scratch. Responsibilities include outbound sourcing, candidate screening and closing, interview and evaluation design, hiring-manager partnership, talent calibration, and development of AI-native recruiting workflows. The role requires a hands-on builder who can operate independently in a high-intensity, in-person San Francisco environment and improve recruiting efficiency through practical AI use.
