Manage creative projects from intake through completion, coordinating workflows, schedules, documentation, meetings, feedback, and communication across account, creative, strategy, media, and production teams. The role includes identifying risks, planning larger projects, managing designer and editor workflows, supporting pitches, collaborating across LATAM and US teams, and eventually managing a small client account. Candidates should have project management experience, strong organization and communication skills, and familiarity with Asana and Google Workspace.

Identify risks and proactively resolve issues, manage designer and editor schedules, support pitches, and eventually manage client accounts. The role requires collaboration across distributed LATAM and US teams and the use of project management tools and AI.

Manage daily social media communities for consumer brands across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Conduct inbox sweeps, respond in brand voice, handle proactive comment marketing, track product requests and sentiment, identify trends, escalate sensitive issues, support contests and live events, and contribute to monthly reporting. The role requires strong written English, social platform fluency, Sprout Social or similar tool experience, social listening skills, AI proficiency, and reliable execution during launches.
