Own premium trust accounting, carrier reconciliations, revenue recognition, corporate books, monthly close, GAAP financials, tax and compliance deadlines, automation, chart-of-accounts design, and audit readiness. The role requires building scalable accounting systems and controls while exercising judgment over entries and financial reporting. It reports to the Head of Finance and begins without direct reports.

The Director of Channel Partnerships will build and scale the channel motion, driving partner relationships and pipeline to grow revenue for WithCoverage.

Own and advance the CEO’s enterprise sales pipeline, including follow-ups, discovery calls, deal coordination, VIP client relationships, and partner interactions. Independently drive high-value deals from initiation through close while representing the CEO and company in high-stakes conversations. The role also contributes to strategic growth initiatives and progressively assumes full ownership of key enterprise relationships.
