Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, data, and other technical roles, including senior and leadership searches. Advise hiring managers on role design, leveling, compensation, and candidate profiles; source passive talent; close candidates; manage Greenhouse pipelines; improve interview processes; track recruiting metrics; build scalable recruiting practices; and mentor Talent team members.

Own product development from operational problem discovery through production. Partner with business teams, design, and engineering to simplify complex workflows, define requirements and success metrics, build AI-native solutions, drive execution, measure outcomes, and establish scalable product practices. The role is onsite in New York and focuses on B2B software, internal tools, and operations-heavy products.

Build and deploy AI-powered tools, workflows, applications, scripts, and integrations for WithCoverage’s Growth team. Partner with Product on implementation, testing, debugging, deployment, and iteration. Join sales and prospect conversations as a technical expert, explain AI concepts to nontechnical operators, demonstrate practical applications, and develop prototypes based on customer workflows. Document solutions, improve reliability, and communicate technical tradeoffs to Product and Engineering.
