Creates and edits marketing content across digital and print channels, manages Iterable email campaigns, coordinates marketing projects, maintains event listings, tracks campaign performance, and provides social media support. The role requires strong writing, editing, proofreading, email marketing, website content, project management, organization, collaboration, and attention to detail.

Designs digital, print, large-format, social media, email, event, and promotional creative for WITF and Pennon Education. Maintains brand consistency through typography, layout, and visual storytelling; manages projects from concept through production-ready files; coordinates with printers and vendors; and collaborates with internal teams to develop effective marketing materials. The role also supports CMS content updates and may assist with website or landing page design.

As a Major Gifts Officer, you'll build relationships with donors, craft strategies for major gifts, and share donor impact stories to support public media initiatives in Central Pennsylvania.
