Provide on-call technical support for factory systems, develop and maintain SFCS/AP reports and production-line functions, perform system maintenance, build monitoring tools, and troubleshoot software and infrastructure issues. The role requires software development, database, reporting, networking, and systems expertise, with preferred experience in C#, Oracle, PL/SQL, MVC .NET, Web APIs, SQL Reporting Services, and Power BI.

Leads manufacturing IT operations and a team of engineers and support staff. Oversees MES/SFCS, WMS, QMS, production reporting, and related systems; manages development, maintenance, system performance, redundancy, disaster recovery, and preventive maintenance. Coordinates cross-functional projects, budgets, timelines, quality standards, policies, and system improvements while reporting status and recommendations to senior management.

Manage, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot site network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, and related equipment. Ensure reliable LAN, WAN, internet, Wi-Fi, and inter-site connectivity. Monitor performance, capacity, availability, and utilization, proactively resolve issues, and design and implement network solutions supporting business and manufacturing requirements.
