Design and develop scalable web applications across the full stack using Node.js, Python, TypeScript, React, or Angular. Build RESTful APIs, containerize services with Docker, integrate PostgreSQL databases, implement authorization, and use event-driven technologies such as Kafka. Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers; troubleshoot, debug, test, and optimize application performance and workflows.

Lead end-to-end global recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviews, stakeholder communication, offer negotiation, onboarding, and pipeline development. Manage high-volume and niche hiring mandates during US hours, track recruitment metrics and ATS records, ensure strong candidate experiences, meet hiring SLAs, and mentor junior recruiters while improving processes.

Design, build, and maintain scalable UI and API automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright. Develop cross-browser tests, debug failures, analyze root causes, and produce detailed reports. Integrate automated testing into Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to test planning and strategy.
