Lead firm financial strategy, planning, and reporting; oversee budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated financials; ensure GAAP compliance and international tax/regulatory adherence; support project financials, optimize invoicing and collections; provide oversight of Workday implementation and data continuity from Deltek, including SQL-based querying for transitional datasets; present financial insights to executive leadership and Board.

Configure and maintain Workday PSA contract lines, billing schedules, billing rules, and rate tables to ensure accurate billing, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and reporting. Troubleshoot and reconcile billing and revenue exceptions, support month-end and project close activities, document standards, participate in testing/releases, and train stakeholders to prevent billing errors.

Provide timely end-user support for 750+ staff: troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and peripherals; perform deployments, imaging, patch management; assist with Office 365, Mimecast, SCCM, and Intune administration; create documentation and user training; ensure security and compliance; escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
