Supports Oracle ERP processes for branch operations by troubleshooting system issues, testing upgrades, maintaining SOPs and portal content, training users, preparing reports, assisting audits, and recommending workflow or system improvements. The role also coordinates with software technicians, supports managers with process enhancements, and communicates operational updates and solutions to branch personnel.

Inside Sales Representative contacts existing and prospective customers, identifies needs, provides product and pricing information, negotiates quotes, recommends alternatives, maintains account details, and meets sales growth quotas. The role requires excellent customer service, product knowledge, phone-based selling, and understanding of target markets. Mandarin and English bilingual ability is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Inside Sales Representative handling outbound calls, managing customer accounts, generating sales, negotiating quotes, providing product information, and achieving sales quotas. The role requires maintaining customer relationships, supporting customer service, learning Asian food products, and using Microsoft Office and Oracle ERP. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pre-employment drug testing and U.S. work authorization are required.
