Manage client relationships and oversee digital marketing accounts from onboarding through delivery. Develop data-driven strategies, coordinate SEO, PPC, content, social media, website, and email campaigns, monitor performance, present reports, and optimize results. The role also includes project management, client upselling, new client acquisition, and staying current with digital marketing trends. This is a fully remote position requiring at least seven hours of overlap with EST business hours.

Manage multiple WordPress website development projects from kickoff through launch. Coordinate developers, designers, SEO specialists, copywriters, and QA teams; define scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources; communicate with clients; review quality, SEO, accessibility, and functionality; identify risks and remove blockers.

Manage client relationships and serve as the primary contact for digital marketing accounts. Develop data-driven strategies, oversee projects and campaigns, coordinate internal teams, analyze performance, present reports, optimize marketing efforts, upsell existing clients, and support new client acquisition. The role requires strong digital marketing knowledge, advanced English proficiency, project management skills, and availability for significant EST workday overlap.
