Onboard and educate SMB merchants, manage customer relationships, drive activation and loan-volume outcomes, execute activation campaigns, and communicate merchant feedback to product, marketing, growth, and partner teams. The role requires consultative communication, strong organization, data-informed prioritization, and continuous improvement of the merchant activation playbook.

Performs treasury finance operations, including loan sales, data analysis, reconciliation, and financial controls. Automates recurring workflows using SQL, Python, Excel, and AI tools; maintains and modernizes data pipelines; investigates discrepancies; and communicates insights to technical and business stakeholders. Serves as a subject matter expert on loan data and finance processes while supporting fraud prevention and financial governance.

Generate qualified sales pipeline through outbound calls, email, and SMS prospecting to home services businesses. Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identify decision-makers, schedule meetings for Account Executives, manage outreach cadences, maintain accurate CRM data, track KPIs, handle objections, and improve messaging. The role requires disciplined, high-volume prospecting and collaboration in a fast-paced fintech startup environment.
