Own product outcomes for case preparation workflows: learn users, prototype rapidly, define PRDs, manage sprints, analyze performance with analytics tools, and expand scope across product lines while collaborating with Engineering, Design, ML, and Customer Success.

Lead and build Wisedocs' post-sale technical operations: own support and implementation functions, rebuild support tooling, drive first-value delivery within 30 days, apply AI to automate operations, and partner closely with CS, Product, Engineering, and RevOps.

Provide Tier 2 technical support and configuration management for SaaS customers: investigate escalated issues, execute and validate configuration changes, run technical calls, document root causes, and liaise with Engineering and Product to deliver resolutions and improve platform scalability.
