The Principal Product Manager will drive AI product strategy, translating industry knowledge into structured workflows, focusing on AI agent integration and autonomy models.

Own and deliver the full onboarding journey for new Revenue Specialists: train on processes and multiple PMS, provide one-on-one coaching and feedback, maintain and update training materials, track progress and administrative setup, assess readiness and quality, and improve onboarding processes with cross-functional partners.

The Inbound Account Executive will manage a sales pipeline, conduct meetings with dental practices, close deals, and upsell services, reporting to the Sales Manager.
