Own end-to-end product design across WisdomAI’s analytics, AI, agent, visualization, and Live App experiences. Partner closely with engineers and product managers, prototype with AI tools, extend the design system, ensure cross-platform coherence, set a high craft bar, mentor designers, and help grow the Bangalore design team.

Set the product experience vision across multiple areas, solve ambiguous AI and data visualization challenges, shape the roadmap, and ensure product coherence. Lead design system evolution, prototype with AI tools, mentor designers, raise craft standards, influence product and engineering, engage customers, and help grow the design team. The role combines hands-on product design with strategic leadership across complex B2B analytics experiences.

Provide real-time technical support to enterprise customers through Slack and Pylon. Troubleshoot data connectivity, SQL queries, schemas, APIs, integrations, permissions, AI context models, and platform configurations. Manage support cases through resolution, conduct customer consultations, document solutions, and communicate recurring issues to Product and Engineering. Help customers configure metrics, evaluations, workspaces, permissions, and row-level access controls.
