The Director of Human Resources leads HR functions including employment, compliance, employee relations, and strategic direction at WELS. This role collaborates with various ministries, manages HR staff, and ensures alignment with WELS policies and regulations.

Serve as a technical liaison between ministry stakeholders and developers to elicit requirements, define user stories, troubleshoot systems, and build reports and dashboards (Power BI) using SQL and APIs. Analyze data, document issues for technical and non-technical audiences, support backlog prioritization, and improve data quality and reporting processes.

Lead HubSpot Enterprise administration and migrate WordPress sites to HubSpot CMS. Gather requirements, scope and manage projects, develop workflows/automations, ensure data governance, train stakeholders, coordinate partners, and produce analytics and documentation to support web services growth.
