Lead HR business partnering across three manufacturing businesses: coach leaders, manage employee relations and investigations, drive recruiting/onboarding, support workforce and succession planning, analyze HR metrics, ensure legal compliance, and champion engagement and culture.

Support foundry production by grinding and finishing aluminum castings, inspecting parts for quality, moving materials throughout the plant, and working with a team on 1st or 2nd shift. Hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing work with potential for full-time employment.
