Leads enterprise data architecture and big data initiatives supporting mission and operational objectives. Designs scalable architectures for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data; translates requirements into data systems, analytics, and visualization solutions; guides engineering teams; and develops strategies for high-volume, high-velocity, and real-time data environments. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to generate operational insights from complex datasets.

Leads full-lifecycle systems engineering for DoD, intelligence, and federal modernization programs. Responsibilities include architecture, integration, requirements, modeling, testing, cloud transformation, cybersecurity integration, risk analysis, digital engineering, and operational readiness. Provides technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams, advises senior government stakeholders, develops technical documentation and briefings, mentors engineers, and supports proposals and capture activities.

Designs and assesses ICS, SCADA, BMS, and industrial control environments across commercial and heavy industrial facilities. Uses engineering expertise, intelligence sources, and exploitation tools to characterize facilities, develop technical assessments, solve complex interoperability challenges, and brief senior government officials. Requires extensive controls engineering experience, industrial process knowledge, strong communication skills, and an active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility for TS/SCI with polygraph.
