Perform targeted outbound prospecting to fintech and crypto companies, qualify leads, book meetings, and hand off opportunities to Account Executives. Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot, use tools like Apollo and Sales Navigator, conduct first-call discovery, represent the company at industry events, and collaborate with leadership, product, and compliance teams.

Support APAC financial crime controls through AML/CFT investigations, transaction monitoring across fiat and crypto, customer due diligence and periodic reviews, alert escalation, sanctions/PEP screening, and collaboration with APAC and global Risk & Compliance stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end technical onboarding and ongoing integration support for B2B partners integrating with Wirex Pay BaaS. Own API and on-chain integration touchpoints, conduct UAT/certification, troubleshoot API/webhook and on-chain issues, maintain documentation and runbooks, and act as primary technical contact during pre-sales and lifecycle support.
