Support APAC financial crime controls through AML/CFT investigations, transaction monitoring across fiat and crypto, customer due diligence and periodic reviews, alert escalation, sanctions/PEP screening, and collaboration with APAC and global Risk & Compliance stakeholders.

Provide white-glove support to Wirex Private clients across cards, payments, transfers, accounts, limits, crypto, and related products. Own client issues through resolution, coordinate complex cases across internal teams, communicate professionally on sensitive matters, build trusted relationships, and identify recurring pain points for process improvement. The role requires discretion, strong organization, attention to detail, and familiarity with fintech, banking, payments, or cryptocurrency products.

Designs, implements, and supports integrations between internal systems, third-party applications, and cloud services. Develops automation workflows using scripting and APIs, collaborates on migrations and upgrades, and provides third-line support for infrastructure and application integration issues.
