Investigate and prevent fraud by reviewing transaction alerts, monitoring real-time queues, analysing customer behaviour and fraud patterns, supporting rule-based engines and reporting, filing SARs, recommending system and operational improvements, and contributing to fraud detection projects.

Support APAC financial crime controls through AML/CFT investigations, transaction monitoring across fiat and crypto, customer due diligence and periodic reviews, alert escalation, sanctions/PEP screening, and collaboration with APAC and global Risk & Compliance stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end technical onboarding and ongoing integration support for B2B partners integrating with Wirex Pay BaaS. Own API and on-chain integration touchpoints, conduct UAT/certification, troubleshoot API/webhook and on-chain issues, maintain documentation and runbooks, and act as primary technical contact during pre-sales and lifecycle support.
