The role validates models, documents methodologies, collaborates with stakeholders, communicates findings to technical and non-technical audiences, and mentors team members. It requires advanced experience with healthcare and workforce analytics, statistical programming, BI tools, and complex data analysis projects. This is a full-time, onsite position in Tallahassee, Florida.

Leads medium- to extra-large agency projects through complete lifecycles using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies. Develops schedules, RAID logs, budgets, resource plans, and closeout documentation; performs Lean Six Sigma process improvement and facilitates workshops. Manages vendors, contracts, SLAs, stakeholders, executive reporting, KPIs, change management, and regulatory compliance across technology and business transformation initiatives.
