Develops, configures, tests, deploys, and supports JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 applications, reports, interfaces, business functions, workflows, and custom objects. Troubleshoots incidents across finance, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and sales; collaborates with global IT teams and business users; improves and standardizes business processes; minimizes unnecessary customizations; documents solutions; and supports training and knowledge sharing.

Leads WireCo’s global Helpdesk organization across regions, standardizing service processes, KPIs, escalation practices, tools, and customer support. Manages distributed teams, staffing, development, knowledge management, and service improvements. Partners with infrastructure, security, applications, ERP, HR, and regional teams to improve SLA performance, resolution times, customer satisfaction, security compliance, automation, and self-service. Occasional travel and after-hours support may be required.

Leads corporate accounting operations, including financial close, journal entries, reconciliations, consolidations, reporting, U.S. GAAP compliance, internal controls, audits, and general ledger management. Supports treasury, budgeting, forecasting, acquisitions, ERP enhancements, and finance transformation initiatives. Partners with global finance and cross-functional teams, provides accounting guidance, drives process improvements, and coaches accounting personnel.
