Teams at WireCo

Leads the design, development, qualification, industrialization, and lifecycle support of fabricated wire rope and crane products. Translates customer and manufacturing requirements into designs, drawings, bills of material, specifications, prototypes, and processes. Coordinates testing, validation, production transfer, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. Provides technical support to manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and commercial teams while managing engineering projects, technical documentation, and product performance risks.

Develops, configures, tests, deploys, and supports JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 applications, reports, interfaces, business functions, workflows, and custom objects. Troubleshoots incidents across finance, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and sales; collaborates with global IT teams and business users; improves and standardizes business processes; minimizes unnecessary customizations; documents solutions; and supports training and knowledge sharing.

Leads WireCo’s global Helpdesk organization across regions, standardizing service processes, KPIs, escalation practices, tools, and customer support. Manages distributed teams, staffing, development, knowledge management, and service improvements. Partners with infrastructure, security, applications, ERP, HR, and regional teams to improve SLA performance, resolution times, customer satisfaction, security compliance, automation, and self-service. Occasional travel and after-hours support may be required.
