Teams at Wire Experts Group

Leads continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma initiatives across wire and cable manufacturing operations. The role drives waste reduction, process capability, quality, throughput, cost, and productivity improvements; supervises QC and quality systems staff; facilitates structured problem solving; maintains project and savings tracking; coaches cross-functional teams; supports audits and corrective actions; and communicates results to leadership and customers. The position requires regular work in manufacturing environments around machinery, noise, heat, and inspection equipment.

Receives, unloads, inspects, verifies, labels, and records incoming raw materials and products. Maintains inventory accuracy through cycle counts and ERP data entry, coordinates deliveries with procurement, reports damaged or unacceptable goods, and prepares pallets and stock orders for outbound shipments. Requires forklift operation, frequent lifting up to 55 pounds, prolonged standing, and work around industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.
