Administer Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, security, patching, backups, disaster recovery, virtualization, and databases. Configure web hosting platforms and server software, manage cloud-hosted and on-premises virtual machines, resolve L2/L3 support tickets, monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot performance issues, enforce compliance, and document procedures. Collaborate with support, SRE, and DevOps teams while meeting SLA requirements.

Administer and manage Linux servers, backups, security, user accounts, virtualization technologies, and server or application software. Monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot tickets, resolve escalations, maintain ticket ownership, meet customer SLAs, and collaborate with system administrators and support teams. The role requires strong Linux knowledge, troubleshooting ability, communication, multitasking, and independent as well as team-based work.

Own the marketing system, channel planning, content engine, organic LinkedIn growth, demand-generation campaigns, performance tracking, and vendor coordination. Build calendars, campaign frameworks, dashboards, and repeatable processes while collaborating with sales, designers, writers, video editors, partners, and agencies. Drive measurable outcomes through testing, reporting, optimization, and end-to-end execution across B2B marketing channels.

Guide new customers through onboarding, assist with product and service usage, resolve customer needs, monitor SLA-related KPIs, and support satisfaction and retention. Collect customer feedback and share insights with sales teams while managing multiple tasks and maintaining organized customer records.

Maintains sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems; processes sales orders, contracts, and proposals; responds to customer inquiries; coordinates with internal departments; and supports the sales team with presentations, reports, and administrative tasks.

Manage daily office administration and operations, including calls, visitors, policies, facilities, procurement, inventory, petty cash, mail, billing, housekeeping, employee induction, and asset control. Prepare finance and expense reports, coordinate maintenance and renovations, supervise administrative activities, and improve office processes. Requires strong communication, organization, analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and MS Office skills.

Coordinates back-office workflows and develops internal process systems, procedures, flowcharts, and process maps. Tracks tasks using project management tools, maintains documentation, generates reports, analyzes trends, and identifies process improvement opportunities. The role requires cross-department communication, strong organization, analytical problem-solving, and familiarity with office software, cloud technologies, and web hosting concepts.

Provides high-level administrative support to the CEO by managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, reports, communications, special projects, and events. Conducts research, prepares decision-support materials, tracks action items, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and protects confidential information.

Reviews and qualifies inbound and outbound leads by assessing prospect needs, budget, intent, and timelines. Contacts prospects, documents qualification outcomes in CRM systems, routes qualified leads to sales teams, supports prospect research and database building, and collaborates with marketing to improve lead quality and targeting.
