Leads resiliency, security, and fraud control testing within the bank’s first line of defense. Establishes risk-based testing methodologies and plans, evaluates control design and operating effectiveness, leads testing engagements, reports findings, supports regulatory alignment, validates remediation, performs root cause analysis, and assesses corrective-action sustainability. Partners with cybersecurity, physical security, technology, fraud, business continuity, operational risk, and second-line risk teams while using AI-enabled capabilities, analytics, and automation to improve testing efficiency and reporting.

Provides high-touch support to commercial banking clients and administrative support to lenders. Processes account openings, inquiries, wires, transfers, loan advances, payoffs, and paydowns; troubleshoots issues, onboards clients, prepares loan packages, performs data entry, tracks invoices, gathers information, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Supervise branch teller operations, ensure compliance with banking policies and dual-control procedures, resolve customer concerns, maintain operational security, and support exceptional service. The coordinator leads and organizes teller staff, operates a teller drawer, communicates procedural updates, identifies cross-selling opportunities, and may participate in community events. Previous teller experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and a high school diploma or GED are required.
