Serve as a senior subject-matter expert for commercial/treasury digital banking applications. Provide Level 2 support, troubleshoot complex issues, manage change/configuration, lead conversions and implementations, collaborate with business, technology teams and vendors, and mentor staff to improve processes and application operations.

Serve as a mid-level subject matter contributor supporting commercial/treasury digital banking applications. Provide Level 1/2 support, troubleshooting, change/configuration management, testing, defect management, and support implementations, conversions, and process improvements while coordinating with business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and third-party vendors.

Investigates and resolves mortgage origination and servicing complaints, reviews loan documentation and regulations, provides compliance guidance, drafts customer responses, analyzes complaint trends, identifies risk, and supports complaint-management procedures and process improvements.
