Lead the end-to-end delivery of data centre construction projects, managing cost, schedule, budget, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, procurement, equipment delivery, project controls, invoices, stakeholder meetings, and client handover. Ensure projects meet safety, quality, commercial, and timeline requirements while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and supporting cost-related engineering and design decisions.

Coordinates integration planning and execution across internal teams, clients, contractors, and construction stakeholders. Manages scopes, interdependencies, phasing deliverables, telecom procurement compliance, progress reporting, integration meetings, installation scheduling, health and safety requirements, snagging, and project handover documentation. The role supports design, procurement, construction execution, commissioning, and handover phases for data centre projects.

Supports financial reporting, compliance, and management accounting across multiple jurisdictions. Contributes to process improvement, ERP enhancements, and finance policy development while managing assigned tasks and collaborating with finance, operations, and project teams. The role includes full support toward a professional accounting qualification, preferably ACCA.
