Leads quality assurance and quality control for mechanical, CSA, and MEP works on large-scale data centre construction projects. Responsibilities include implementing the project quality management system, managing QA/QC engineers, overseeing inspections and testing, resolving nonconformances, coordinating with project and client teams, supporting audits, and completing quality and handover documentation.

Lead coordination and integration across design, construction, commissioning and client teams for a large data centre project in Finland. Manage interfaces between trades, develop and maintain an Integration Execution Plan, chair integration meetings, track milestones, ensure MEP/CSA and telecom coordination, oversee procurement compliance, support scheduling, snagging, commissioning, handover, and enforce Health & Safety compliance.

Leads environmental, health, and safety compliance on large-scale data center construction projects. Responsibilities include implementing EHS plans, reviewing risk assessments and method statements, managing safety teams, conducting site audits, controlling hazardous substances, delivering safety training, tracking interventions, and ensuring corrective actions. The role requires strong knowledge of EHS legislation, NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications, construction-site experience, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
