Oversee mechanical installation activities on a large data centre construction site, leading safety and quality, coordinating subcontractors and trades, managing labour and two-week look-aheads, reporting progress and risks, verifying materials and equipment compliance, and driving productivity and continuous improvement to meet project schedules.

Support development, monitoring, and management of construction project schedules. Coordinate planning across teams, track progress, identify risks, analyse critical paths, review subcontractor programmes, and produce programme reports and inputs for claims and variations.

Oversee coordination and integration of design, construction, commissioning, and client teams on a data centre project. Act as single point of contact for integration scopes, manage MEP and CSA interfaces, produce progress reports, develop an Integration Execution Plan, chair integration meetings, ensure Telecom & Security procurement compliance, coordinate snagging/commissioning/handover, and champion H&S and installation scheduling.
