Gather client feedback, understand betting activity and requirements, and collaborate with trading, product, and operations teams to deliver strong client experiences.

Grow institutional OTC trading, liquidity provision, and strategic partnerships across traditional finance and crypto markets. Responsibilities include originating and managing relationships with institutional investors, trading firms, crypto projects, exchanges, custodians, and infrastructure providers; developing growth strategies; negotiating and activating opportunities; supporting product launches and go-to-market efforts; monitoring digital asset market trends; managing CRM pipelines; and representing the company externally. Senior leaders also shape regional commercial strategy and institutional presence.

Drive institutional growth across OTC, derivatives, and liquidity businesses by originating and managing relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, trading firms, exchanges, custodians, and other financial institutions. Develop commercial strategies, identify hedging and liquidity needs, commercialize products with trading and product teams, expand existing accounts, manage the sales pipeline, and identify partnerships and market opportunities across traditional and digital asset markets.
