Legal Counsel supporting Wintermute’s derivatives business and expansion into traditional financial markets. Responsibilities include negotiating ISDA Master Agreements, credit support documents, OTC derivatives confirmations, custody, collateral, prime brokerage, and clearing agreements. The role conducts derivatives regulatory research, advises on legal and commercial risks, negotiates with counterparties and counsel, and supports cross-jurisdictional legal projects in a fast-paced digital assets environment.

Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, and scale physical and virtual server and network infrastructure. Configure Cisco switches, diagnose connectivity and performance issues, manage hardware and Linux systems, monitor infrastructure, and support mission-critical environments. Develop Python automation for network administration and infrastructure deployment while collaborating with senior engineers. Provide occasional out-of-hours support for incidents, deployments, and maintenance windows.

Build and manage relationships with high-value sports bettors, VIPs, and sophisticated market participants. Use an established network to acquire clients for Wintermute’s sports and prediction markets offering, oversee onboarding and activation, manage ongoing accounts, and develop new business through events, referrals, and private networks. Gather client feedback, understand betting activity and requirements, and collaborate with trading, product, and operations teams to deliver strong client experiences.
