Manages the USDA Advancing Markets for Producers project, overseeing implementation, deliverables, budgets, reporting, compliance, monitoring, partner relationships, and staff coordination. The role supports conservation-grown rice production and marketing, collaborates with USDA and agricultural partners, contributes to outreach and business development, and may supervise staff. Requires strong project management, agriculture-sector knowledge, federal award experience, and domestic travel to field sites.

Administers grants, subawards, and procurement processes for a donor-funded international development project. Responsibilities include solicitation preparation, applicant and vendor coordination, due diligence, risk assessment, award documentation, grantee capacity strengthening, compliance reviews, procurement tracking, audit-ready recordkeeping, reporting, and corrective-action follow-up. The role coordinates with project teams, home-office staff, grantees, vendors, and other partners while ensuring transparent, competitive, and compliant processes under USDOL and organizational requirements.
