Short-term consultant roster of REDD+ subject-matter experts to support jurisdictional REDD+ program design and MRV implementation. Tasks include remote sensing and field-based carbon measurement, geospatial analysis, ART‑TREES-aligned carbon accounting, capacity building, policy translation for governments and donors, and preparing audit-ready deliverables.

The Senior Specialist will provide technical advice on GHG measurement, climate change mitigation, and ecosystem evaluation, managing projects and client communications while supporting decarbonization strategies.

Lead strategy and implementation of a multi-country Caribbean project to combat trafficking in persons. Oversee program management, donor reporting, budgets, M&E, staff and partner supervision, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and coalition-building. Ensure compliance with USG/donor rules, deliverables, and evidence-based interventions while managing risks and fostering survivor-centered approaches.
