Leads the project’s financial management and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, payroll, reporting, internal controls, statutory and USDA compliance, audits, banking, and subcontractor oversight. Supervises the Bookkeeper, reviews transactions and financial documentation, manages monetization-related records, supports project leadership with financial analysis, and coordinates finance processes across procurement, HR, administration, technical teams, and Winrock offices.

Manages SHOTORKO’s grants, procurement, and operational functions in Bangladesh. Responsibilities include soliciting and reviewing grant proposals, negotiating grant documents, monitoring recipient performance and compliance, reviewing financial reports, strengthening local organizations’ capacity, managing procurement processes, maintaining records and inventories, and supporting office administration. The role ensures adherence to Winrock, Bangladesh, U.S. government, and donor requirements while coordinating with project leadership and implementing partners.

Leads SHOTORKO’s prosecution objective in Bangladesh by strengthening anti-trafficking tribunals, criminal justice stakeholder capacity, case filings, evidence collection, survivor-centered practices, training, and prosecution tools. Oversees partners and consultants, supports legal assessments and bench book development, coordinates government and regional partnerships, monitors data, prepares technical reports, and advances convictions for trafficking involving forced criminality in online scam operations.
