Lead daily operations of a Rural Health Clinic, including staff supervision, hiring/onboarding, workflow and financial management, quality improvement, regulatory compliance (CMS/HRSA/state), patient satisfaction, EHR oversight, community outreach, and emergency preparedness.

Provide hands-on nursing care in a long-term care setting including medication administration, wound care, ongoing assessments, MDS and Medicare documentation, resident education, and care planning. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team, follow nursing process, maintain competency, comply with policies, rotate weekends/holidays, and complete required pre-employment screening and immunizations.

Provide direct patient care in a clinic setting under provider direction: collect and document patient data, prepare patients for exams, administer medications and vaccinations, perform phlebotomy and basic lab tests, educate patients and families, manage scheduling and referrals, maintain infection control and exam room/equipment readiness, and follow clinic policies and compliance requirements.
