Support and maintain hardware CAD flows and regressions, troubleshoot and provide workarounds, support local and remote users, collaborate with developers and EDA vendors to implement enhancements and features, and perform Linux admin and scripting tasks using Perl/Python alongside Perforce and Synopsys tools.

Provide on-site support and engineering guidance for Apple device deployments in school districts: troubleshoot hardware, Mac OS X/macOS Server, iOS, MDM, networks and Wi‑Fi; coach district staff; document processes; participate in customer meetings and escalations.

Develop and execute FPGA/ASIC RTL verification tests and test plans using SystemVerilog/UVM. Review designs and RTL, analyze failures, write bug reports, and work with IP vendors and design/firmware engineers to resolve issues.
