Manage full-cycle recruitment across the US, Philippines, Latin America and new markets: source candidates via LinkedIn and social media, screen resumes and assessments, conduct interviews, write candidate profiles, coordinate interviews and offers, maintain stakeholder communication, attend coaching and submit daily pipeline reports.

The Finance and Operations Associate will manage bookkeeping, financial records, and client communication while leading team processes and supporting operational improvements.

Handle inbound/outbound client, broker, and partner calls; provide accurate ETAs; follow SOPs; coordinate with leadership and dispatch; document interactions in CRM; escalate critical issues; and identify trends and process improvements to ensure timely, high-quality support.
