Teams at Wingstop

Manages corporate restaurant design projects, remodels, openings, prototype standards, innovation pilots, and scalable design solutions. Coordinates architects, consultants, vendors, construction, facilities, operations, supply chain, and other stakeholders to maintain brand standards, schedules, documentation, and operational effectiveness. Reviews architectural and construction documents, supports design-to-construction handoffs, evaluates equipment and materials through pilot programs, and translates successful learnings into domestic system-wide design guidance.

Manage a portfolio of 90–125 franchised restaurants, driving operational excellence, P&L performance, revenue growth, profitability, brand standards, and franchisee success. Serve as the primary liaison between Wingstop and franchise partners, analyze business dashboards, lead quarterly reviews, provide coaching, develop strategic plans, and travel regularly to restaurant locations. The role requires strong business judgment, relationship management, accountability, and frequent travel of up to 75%.

Own social listening, cultural and competitive intelligence, organic social measurement, and campaign performance analysis. Translate qualitative and quantitative signals into concise recommendations that guide content, creator, campaign, and amplification decisions. Manage partner and platform inputs, maintain benchmarks and test-and-learn agendas, track recommendation implementation, and measure business impact. Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Influencer, Community, and Guest Experience teams to improve social performance and inform broader business decisions.
