The HR Business Partner will drive people performance, leadership development, and employee relations across corporate restaurants, partnering closely with operations leadership to enhance hiring, onboarding, engagement, and compliance practices.

Lead end-to-end new product development and supply-chain commercialization across EMEA for food, beverage, packaging and equipment. Manage cross-functional projects, supplier sourcing and onboarding, cost/specification/regulatory validation, launch readiness, and category management to ensure on-time, on-cost, and operationally executable menu innovations.

Serve as technical advisor to global Brand Partners: translate business needs into technical solutions, document architectures and integration plans, qualify leads, run POCs, support implementations and vendor handoffs, provide training and post-implementation support, and collaborate with product and project teams to improve restaurant technology solutions.
