Assist the Resale Store Manager by leading sales staff, delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing pricing and inventory replenishment, completing administrative tasks, opening/closing the store, and supervising staff and volunteers in the manager's absence.

Oversee day-to-day safe house and crisis line operations; supervise, train, and schedule staff, volunteers, and interns; conduct intakes and eligibility evaluations; provide crisis intervention, emotional support, safety planning, and referrals; maintain accurate client records and reports; teach or assist with domestic violence training; ensure facility safety, sanitation, and food safety; fill in for Safehouse Manager and participate in on-call, evening, weekend, overnight, and holiday coverage.

As a Sales Associate, you will assist in day-to-day operations, handle merchandise, provide customer service, and complete administrative tasks.

Interns will work with survivors of domestic violence or homelessness, assisting with assessments, case management, individual and group counseling while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
