Build strong client relationships, translate analytics into actionable strategies, coordinate with internal teams, manage complaints, and reduce churn. The role requires customer-facing experience, CRO and digital marketing knowledge, Google Analytics familiarity, SaaS understanding, strong communication, and analytical skills.

Generate qualified sales opportunities in the ANZ region through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, account research, and personalized communication. Build territory plans with Account Executives, engage decision-makers across email, phone, and LinkedIn, communicate the company’s value proposition, and track activity and pipeline performance in Salesforce and other go-to-market tools.

Provides presales technical support to secure deals, manage RFPs and RFIs, support proofs of concept, and drive customer adoption. Consults with prospects and existing customers on use cases, collaborates with sales and cross-functional teams, documents activity in Salesforce, coaches sales staff, and supports international clients across assigned time zones.
