Supports ultra-high-net-worth clients and advisors with life insurance portfolio administration. Responsibilities include obtaining policy information, preparing illustrations, invoices, summaries, claims and policy-change paperwork, maintaining client records, completing compliance-related tasks, building Excel portfolio analyses, reviewing teammate work, and communicating proactively with internal and external contacts.

Provides administrative support to the life insurance underwriting team by setting up cases, ordering medical and motor vehicle records, preparing applications and policy delivery packages, tracking underwriting requirements, entering policy data, managing documents, and coordinating shipments. The role requires meticulous organization, accurate repetitive processing, effective communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and DocuSign.

Provide client-facing support for ultra-high net worth life insurance portfolios: obtain policy information, prepare invoices and illustrations, process transactions and claims, perform Excel-based portfolio reviews (including IRR), maintain client records, ensure compliance, and coordinate with advisors and internal teams.
