The role requires meticulous organization, accurate repetitive processing, effective communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and DocuSign.

Provide client-facing support for ultra-high net worth life insurance portfolios: obtain policy information, prepare invoices and illustrations, process transactions and claims, perform Excel-based portfolio reviews (including IRR), maintain client records, ensure compliance, and coordinate with advisors and internal teams.
