Leads Wingbrace’s Department of Defense business development strategy, focusing on new business generation, territory expansion, executive relationship building, opportunity shaping, capture, proposal support, pipeline development, and revenue growth. The role requires an established DoD network, quota-carrying government sales experience, active Top Secret clearance, and the ability to identify, qualify, shape, and close complex federal opportunities.

Designs and maintains DevSecOps tooling, security controls, hardened systems, automation, and infrastructure-as-code. Administers Kubernetes across hybrid cloud and on-premises defense environments, manages GitLab CI/CD and Azure infrastructure, integrates security scanning tools, and supports platform architecture roadmaps. The role requires strong Linux, cloud, scripting, containerization, IAM, and cybersecurity expertise, along with the ability to operate in restricted or air-gapped environments and support DoD compliance requirements.

Perform Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for complex systems: create SysML/UAF architectures, simulate performance (MATLAB/Jupyter), maintain MBSE artifacts, support requirements/interface management, develop data analytics pipelines (Python/R), engage with stakeholders, mentor teammates, and support proposals and technical assessments.
