Drive corrective actions with design, manufacturing, reliability, and suppliers; provide technical guidance on BMS, ESCs, avionics, sensors, and other hardware. Prepare technical and 8D reports, improve failure-analysis processes, and maintain detailed failure databases.

Lead design and scaling of high-performance electric propulsion motors for delivery drones. Define system requirements, optimize motor efficiency and power density, select materials, drive testing and validation, and collaborate with manufacturing, QA, and suppliers to enable high-volume production and maintain the motor product roadmap.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and backend systems to collect, process, and store aircraft telemetry and logs. Integrate diverse data sources, optimize batch and interactive services, and monitor pipeline performance and data integrity to support analysis, ML model training, and flight operations.
