Manage end-to-end new-hire onboarding, coordinate pre-employment tasks, orientations, HRIS enrollment and compliance. Plan and run employee engagement programs, recognition, surveys, and communications. Analyze survey feedback, maintain onboarding records, support employee experience initiatives, and recommend process improvements while partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams.

The Legal Counsel Operations manages employment-related legal matters, ensures compliance with labor law, and handles PIP enforcement and disputes within a global remote setup.

Perform high-volume outbound outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email, SMS) to generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities. Qualify leads, schedule meetings, track activity in CRM, meet quotas, and collaborate with sales to improve messaging and conversion.
