Own the sales pipeline for new prospects, manage CRM activity, conduct outreach and virtual demos, follow up across multiple channels, handle objections, negotiate pricing, and convert qualified leads into customers. The role partners with senior sales, maintains pipeline hygiene, meets revenue targets, provides customer and messaging feedback, and supports upselling while working Pacific Standard Time hours.

Coordinates supplier pricing, product sourcing, purchase order audits, delivery tracking, freight arrangements, customs documentation, and shipping issue resolution. Supports sales through SKU data entry, operational email screening, customer quotes, and sales orders. Requires strong communication, organization, technology skills, and availability for US work hours on a remote schedule.

Own customer onboarding, adoption, support, implementation, and expansion for a SaaS platform. Configure workflows, integrations, APIs, webhooks, automations, and AI-powered solutions; troubleshoot customer issues; create demos and proofs of concept; and translate customer feedback into product requirements. Partner with Product and Engineering, maintain customer documentation, identify upsell opportunities, and manage customer requests through resolution.
