Own the full client engagement and account placement process, from discovery and live demos through closing, compliance, and formal candidate matching. Source and interview candidates rapidly from ATS systems, maintain a ready bench, coordinate backups, confirm availability, and align recruiting and customer success teams. The role requires full-cycle sales experience, recruiting or sourcing expertise, fast judgment, live-call improvisation, and highly responsive communication.

Owns the full demo-to-staff sales process, including preparing candidates, conducting client discovery and Google Meet demos, introducing talent, closing deals, updating CRM records, coordinating internally, and notifying Customer Success for onboarding. This onsite role requires strong consultative selling, presentation, organization, communication, and process ownership skills, preferably within staffing, recruitment, BPO, managed services, or virtual assistant services.

Own the full client placement cycle, from intake and candidate sourcing through discovery calls, live candidate presentations, closing, compliance, and onboarding coordination. Maintain a ready candidate bench, rapidly identify qualified matches, confirm availability, prevent no-shows, and formalize deals quickly. Success requires recruiting or sourcing experience, proven outbound-to-close sales ability, strong real-time judgment, fast responsiveness, and comfort working asynchronously in Discord or Slack.
