Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud functional consulting for Global HR, ORC, Workforce Management, Payroll, Absence, and Talent Management. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, functional design, configuration, business stakeholder engagement, CRP, UAT, cutover, go-live, reporting, integrations, and client communication. The consultant will support end-to-end HCM implementations and serve as the primary functional contact for clients and internal teams.

Designs scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions spanning AI, data, full-stack, and enterprise application architecture. Translates business requirements into technology stacks, integration patterns, APIs, and data architectures. Provides technical leadership, reviews designs, supports proofs of concept, and collaborates with engineering, sales, and presales teams on proposals and client presentations. Requires expertise in generative AI, LLMs, data engineering, cloud platforms, full-stack development, distributed systems, and architecture, along with 10+ years of experience.

Develop and maintain Databricks-based ETL/ELT pipelines and build RAG applications using Python, LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering. Prepare and validate data, integrate AI models with enterprise platforms, optimize solutions for scalability, and collaborate with data engineering and business teams. Preferred experience includes Spark, cloud platforms, LangChain, LlamaIndex, MLflow, REST APIs, and cloud AI services.
