Lead Scrum-based project execution: plan and track schedules, manage scope, resources, risks, and dependencies; run Agile ceremonies; communicate status to stakeholders and maintain project documentation.

Provide Level 2 IT support as an escalation point for help desk tickets across Windows and macOS, manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 accounts, use NinjaOne RMM for endpoint maintenance, support onboarding/offboarding, assist hardware/software/network troubleshooting, document resolutions, and mentor Level 1 staff.

Serve as the liaison between Claims and IT to document workflows, elicit and prioritize requirements, design and test automated claims processes, lead UAT, support production issues, and ensure compliance and efficient claims system operations.
