Market and sell personal and commercial insurance policies by generating leads, responding to referrals and inquiries, advising customers, preparing quotes and proposals, completing applications, binding coverage, and cross-selling to existing clients. The role handles auto, home, renters, general liability, property, and workers’ compensation accounts while ensuring policies meet customer needs.

Lead Agile/Scrum project delivery for homeowner's insurance initiatives: plan and track schedules, manage scope, risks, dependencies, and resources; run Scrum ceremonies; communicate status to stakeholders; maintain documentation; and drive continuous improvement to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.

Manage day-to-day accounting including AP, commissions, claims billing, and GL team. Lead month-end close, prepare financial statements, support audits, budgeting, cost allocation, internal controls, and train staff.
