Prepares and cooks meals for senior residents, accommodates various diets, and directs staff assisting with meal preparation and service. The role requires large-scale cooking, flexibility, and regular interaction with residents. Six months of industrial kitchen experience is preferred but not required.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of long-term care residents, including medical, functional, nutritional, cognitive, dental, rehabilitation, and medication-related needs. Complete restorative assessments and support care planning in accordance with MDS and PPS requirements.

Oversee clinical services, coordinate physician services, supervise nursing staff, monitor patient care, support hands-on nursing activities, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local long-term care regulations. This blended clinical leadership role combines charge nurse responsibilities with upper-level nursing management.
