Supports the Store Manager in leading retail operations, driving sales and productivity, managing payroll and expenses, coaching employees, recruiting and onboarding talent, maintaining merchandising standards, analyzing KPIs, and delivering a strong customer experience. Oversees store operations, supports compliance, develops team members, resolves customer and associate issues, and promotes Windsor’s culture and policies.

Manages store operations, profitability, sales performance, loss prevention, staffing, training, visual standards, and policy compliance. Coaches and motivates employees, delegates daily duties, controls shrink and expenses, protects company assets, handles deposits and keys, and ensures a safe, clean, customer-focused environment. Requires retail leadership, customer issue resolution, effective communication, and the ability to develop a team of up to 25 employees.

Supports the Store Manager in driving sales, productivity, payroll, expenses, shrink control, merchandising, and store operations. Leads, coaches, and develops Assistant Managers and Stylists; supports hiring, onboarding, retention, scheduling, compliance, customer experience, and visual standards. The role requires resolving customer and associate issues, analyzing KPI reports, maintaining store conditions, promoting company values, and overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
